Day Camp
Day Campers (Rising 1st-8th graders) participate in games, sports, outdoor adventure, art, swimming, fishing, golf, pickleball, tennis, and special activities. The PreK4-K Program at Day Camp introduces children to camp. Campers enjoy art, group games, swimming, other activities, and age-appropriate elements such as stories, songs, and rest time.

Day Camp + Extended Care
Day Campers (Rising 1st-8th graders) participate in games, sports, outdoor adventure, art, swimming, fishing, golf, pickleball, tennis, and special activities. The PreK4-K Program at Day Camp introduces children to camp. Campers enjoy art, group games, swimming, other activities, and age-appropriate elements such as stories, songs, and rest time. Extended care is from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with camp activities from 9am to 3:00pm.

Drop-off time is 8:30am to 9am (Extended Care 7:30am-8:30am)
Pick-up time is 3 to 3:30pm (Extended Care 3:30pm-5:30pm)
Please enter and exit through the Whitehaven Rd. entrance and follow the signs in. Drop off and pick up will be in the circle at the end of the main driveway. Please drive slowly and be aware of campers, golfers, and wildlife that may be on the road.
Items to Bring to All Camps Daily:
- Please bring a lunch, a snack, and a refillable water bottle (Please label the water bottle with the camper's name)
- Sunscreen (please apply before camp) and bug spray (be sure to do tick checks regularly)
- Change of clothes
- Swimsuit, towel, floaties/ life vest, goggles, ear plugs, etc. (Please have campers wear their swimsuit to camp)
- Tennis Shoes that can get dirty and/or water shoes (shoes that can get wet…no Crocs, flip flops)
- Bag for dirty clothes
- Any medications must have written and signed doctor’s instructions
- Please label all personal items belonging to your camper
Setting Sail (PreK 4- Kindergarten) specific:
- Items for rest (small blanket & small pillow)
Day Camp (entering 1st-8th grade) specific:
- Tennis Racquet (optional)
- Golf Clubs (optional on Tuesdays & Thursdays)
- Fishing Pole (optional on Wednesdays)
What NOT to Bring Every Day
Please also be aware that since we are outside, this is not a place for the following items:
- No cell phones are allowed to be used by campers and CITs during the camp day. If they are brought to camp they will be collected and kept in the office. If you would like to speak with your child during the day, please contact the camp number as your child will not have access to receive calls during the day. Of course, if they need to reach you during the day, they will be permitted to use their phone or a director’s phone to call or text their parents (or guardian).
